Ⅰ. Technical characteristics

(A) Key Features


1. Heating System: Utilizes hot plate with cyclic heat-conducting oil for heating.


2. Overall Structure: Consists of a laminating machine with feeding station, laminating station, discharging units, heating system, and control system. Capable of automatic feeding, laminating, and discharging functions.


3. Integrated Next Box Structure: Ensures panel surface flatness under continuous conditions of 130 ℃ -150 ℃ for 16-24 hours per day, with panel surface flatness ≤ 300um per square meter.


4. High-Vacuum Capability: Features a built-in vacuum pump with integrated upper and lower limit vacuum chamber reaching 150Pa. Automatic operation mode achieves vacuum in less than 90 seconds. Vacuum system includes air-purifying devices for stable operation.


5. Wrinkle-Free Cover Rubber: Utilizes technology to prevent wrinkles and extend the rubber's service life, enhancing laminated component quality.


6. Adjustable Pressurized Inflation Speed: Allows selection of inflation time from 0 to 90 seconds.


7. The airbag pressure adjustment room has a range of 0-1.5 atm.


8. The host installed a conveyor system with Top&Bottom cleaning brush rollers to automatically clean the surface residues of PVB / EVA adhesive.


9. Site induction sensors have an adjustable opening height of 50 ~ 200mm.


10. A patented technology integrates a vacuum chamber and heating panels to achieve high vacuum without distortion.

1. Management Mode: Combination of automatic and manual control modes. Capable of performing tasks such as automatic feeding, laminating, and discharging, as well as manual operations.


2. Management System: Utilizes Taiwan Yonghong PLC control system with a user-friendly touch screen interface available in Chinese or English.


3. Temperature Regulation: Utilizes intelligent temperature control A/D module for precise temperature control with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃. Temperature range from 30 ℃ to 150 ℃, with a maximum temperature of 180 ℃.


4. Versatile Control Options: Offers both manual and automatic control modes. Automatic mode for efficient production, while manual mode is useful for debugging and maintenance tasks.


5. Electrical System: Equipped with low-voltage electrical components from French Schneider for stable and reliable performance.


6. User-Friendly Interface: Features a 10.4" touch screen operating platform for easy navigation and parameter setting. Various process parameters are displayed for convenient monitoring.


7. Consistent High Temperatures: Utilizing hot oil heating and a unique pipeline system, the work platform can achieve temperature uniformity within ± 2 ℃.


8. Automatic Memory for Process Parameters: The ability to adjust production process parameters freely, without worrying about losing settings for future opportunities. Quality analysis can be done with real-time field data.


9. Laminated Production Statistics: The system includes statistical functions for tracking the number of flights and components produced. This data can be used for equipment maintenance and determining replacement rates for vulnerable components.

Ⅳ. Increase the functional

The device comes with an automatic startup feature that allows users to schedule the next day's boot time without requiring manual intervention.


The device is also equipped with an automatic monitoring system that ensures safe operation even in the absence of staff. This system monitors oil pressure, oil temperature, and other key operating parameters to maintain optimal conditions. (This unique feature is exclusive to our company's equipment and is currently pending patent approval).

Heating System Components and Operation


The heating system includes fuel tanks, pumps, a heating oil circuit, electrical controls, and other essential parts. The heating process involves heating oil being pumped from the tank through pipes containing oil (SD320), resulting in the oil becoming hot. The hot oil circulates between the tank and the heating oil line in a continuous loop until the desired temperature is reached. The heater intermittently heats the surface of the console to maintain the required temperature for the process.
