Solar PV Ribbon Cutting Machine

It is mainly aimed at cutting off the interconnection strip (PV ribbon) used in solar

photovoltaic modules. The machine is controlled by single board computer and

equipped with stepper motor and driver. It has the functions of high precision,

straight material, neat cut and automatic counting, etc.

Improving the processing efficiency and reduce the cutting waste of the PV ribbon,

the operation and adjustment are simple and convenient.

 Application material: tinned copper ribbon or other strip material.

 This machine suits for cutting width 0.8-10mm and thickness 0.1-0.4mm tinned

copper tape.

 It can be carried out concurrently processing 1-6 solder ribbons. (The number of

cutting strips varies according to the width of it. When cutting more than 1

ribbon, should use a addition rack with extra charge.)

 Cutting accuracy: ±(0.2+L*0.002)mm.

 Cutting length: 1-9999.9mm. Free to adjust the cutting length.
