1. ZST-ZKJ-02 Inline full automatic framing machine is suitable for glass side down/silica gel or tape packaging. It is also suitable for assembling aluminum alloy frames by corner code interference connection.
2.application
2.1 Function: This machine is suitable for special equipment for frame assembly in photovoltaic solar module production lines. It operates through automatic operation and PLC automatic control.
2.2 Note: The 90° angle joint of the aluminum alloy frame adopts corner piece interference connection. Enter the glass pane horizontally.

4.The process flow of assembling solar panels:
4.1. Component glass plates are automatically input into the framing machine online. Automatic positioning of components. Then manually place the aluminum alloy frame on the framing machine.
4.2. The aluminum alloy frame is automatically positioned, the frame is automatically assembled, and the components are automatically output.
4.3. Cycle in sequence.
