Main structure: laminating machine consisting of feeding station, laminating station, discharging units, heating system, control system, etc., enabling automatic feeding, laminating, and discharging functions. It can also accommodate manual feeding, laminating, and discharging. 3. Integrated structure for uniform panel surface: maintaining panel flatness under continuous heat at 130 ℃ -150 ℃ for 16-24 hours daily, ensuring panel surface flatness ≤ 300um per square meter. 4. Enhanced vacuum system: built-in vacuum pump with an integrated design for upper and lower limits of vacuum chamber at 150Pa, achieving automatic operation within 90 seconds. The vacuum system includes air-purifying devices for stable performance. 5. Wrinkle-free cover rubber technology: improving rubber lifespan and enhancing laminated component quality. 6. Adjustable pressurized inflation speed and time: selectable from 0 to 90 seconds. 7. The airbag pressure adjustment room has a range of 0-1.5 atm. 8. The host installed a cleaning brush roller conveyor to remove surface residues of PVB / EVA adhesive. 9. The site has limit sensors for equipment, with an adjustable opening height of 50 ~ 200mm. 10.
