1. Improved Productivity In comparison to a standard double-chamber laminating machine, this equipment offers a single machine efficiency that is 3.6 times higher than that of a typical single-chamber laminating machine. For example, with 72 pieces of 330W components measuring 156×156 in size, made of regular silicon wafer, and assuming continuous operation for 24 hours a day, 300 days a year, with 4 components pressed in each furnace cycle, the annual output of a single machine can reach 152MW. 2. Space-Saving Design Despite having the same capacity as a regular double-cavity laminating machine, this equipment only takes up half the space, saving valuable factory real estate and reducing production costs. Moreover, the equipment is more streamlined, requiring fewer operators and thus reducing labor expenses. 3. Fully Automated Operation Equipped with a 4-chamber design with upper and lower layers, automatic feeding, and intelligent control, this equipment can seamlessly integrate into a fully automated production line. 4. Easy Maintenance The internal structure design allows maintenance and operation personnel to easily check equipment status and identify any issues. 5. Energy Efficiency The machinery is powered by two heating units located on the top and bottom floors, which helps decrease energy usage and cut costs for users. 6.
