Equipment Features Equipment Features | Ⅰ. Technical characteristics (A) Structural Characteristics 1. Heating method: hot plate using oil for cyclic heat conduction; 2. Main structure: laminating machine consists of feeding station, laminating station, discharging units, heating system, control system, etc., enabling automatic feeding, laminating, and material handout functions. 3. Integrated structure for flat panel surface: maintaining panel surface flatness at 130 ℃ -150 ℃ under continuous operation (16-24 hours per day), with panel surface flatness ≤ 300um per square meter. 4. High-vacuum system: built-in vacuum pump, integrated design for upper and lower limits of vacuum chamber at 150Pa, achieving automatic operation mode within 90 seconds. Vacuum system includes air-purifying devices for stable operation. 5. Utilize wrinkle-free technology on the rubber cover to enhance its durability and enhance the quality of laminated components. 6. Choose a pressurized inflatable speed and time ranging from 0 to 90 seconds for optimal performance. (B) Control Features 1. Operating Mode: Automatic and Manual control options available. Enables automatic feeding, laminating, and discharging, as well as manual feeding, laminating, and discharging. 2. Three-color alarm lights indicate equipment status, giving operators timely warnings. 4. Vacuum Alarm System alerts when vacuum levels are insufficient. 5.
