The range of wavelengths covered by the spectrum is from 300 to 1200nm, allowing for a comprehensive test of high-efficiency crystal silicon cells and enhancing test accuracy significantly. The use of a four-wire connection and a high-speed data acquisition system guarantees precise measurement of solar cell current. Infrared temperature measurement without physical contact accurately determines the temperature of components, ensuring precise temperature compensation.

 

It is suitable for testing and recording the electrical performance parameters of crystalline silicon solar cell modules (PERC, N-type, CIGS, Topcon and HJT, etc.).
