Solar Panel Simulator - ZENITHSOLAR Solar panel I-V tester
This solar panel IV tester is capable of testing various types of efficient modules. The key performance indicators of this tool, including non-uniformity, irradiance instability, and measurement repetition, exceed industry standards. It has a pulse width range of 15 ms - 60 ms (adjustable) to accommodate different battery modules testing. Solar panels are connected using four wires, along with a high-speed data acquisition system to ensure precise measurement of solar cell current. In addition, non-contact infrared temperature measurement accurately measures module temperature for precise temperature correction.
Upgrading your assembly line with automated guide rail equipment can accommodate various wiring needs for different production lines (additional fees may apply).
Test objects: appropriate for crystal silicon solar panels (N type, PERC, etc.), testing and recording the electrical performance parameters of thin film solar cell modules. Results can be exported for analysis.
Characteristics
Automatic adjustment of light intensity and temperature.
Float box display: automatically prompt various defects of modules.
Quantifiable measurements: current-voltage curve, maximum current when circuit is closed, maximum voltage when circuit is open, highest power output, voltage at which peak power is achieved, flow of electric charge, current at specific voltage, ratio of maximum power to theoretical maximum power, effectiveness of converting energy, resistance in series, resistance in parallel.
Assist with barcode scanner trigger testing, enable saving and retrieval of test data, facilitate querying and exporting of data, provide voice announcements for test results, allow for triggering via foot pedal, and include automatic temperature adjustment.
