2、 Security measures

1. Emergency button: The equipment is equipped with emergency buttons in multiple positions. In case of emergency, the operator can press them in a timely manner to achieve emergency shutdown, and the equipment process remains in its original state.

2. Emergency operating system: In case of accidental power failure of equipment or on-site power outage, operations such as inflation and lamination can be achieved through the emergency operating system.

4. The thermal oil circulation system has a low liquid level detection and alarm device to prevent danger caused by oil shortage in the system.

5. The three color alarm light accurately provides equipment operation status and timely and accurate alarm information for operators.

6. Vacuum alarm system: When the equipment fails to meet the requirements within the vacuum time, the system will sound an alarm.

7. Third level protection function: When the system software crashes, the sensor fails, the PLC loses control, or the A/D module is damaged, the system will automatically shut down.
