Advanced Panel Structure: Maintains panel surface flatness consistently at 130 ℃ -150 ℃ for 16-24 hours daily, with panel surface flatness ≤ 300um per square meter. 4. Strong Vacuum Capability: Equipped with an in-built vacuum pump and upper and lower limit vacuum chamber reaching 150Pa. Achieves vacuum in under 90 seconds in automatic mode. Vacuum system includes air-purifying devices for steady operation. 5. Wrinkle-Resistant Cover Rubber: Uses technology to prevent wrinkles and prolong the rubber's lifespan, improving the quality of laminated components. 6. Adjustable Inflation Speed: Allows adjustment of inflation time from 0 to 90 seconds. 7. Airbag Pressure Adjustment Range: Can be set between 0-1.5 atm in the pressure adjustment room. 8. The host set up a conveyor system with cleaning brush rollers to automatically remove surface residues of PVB / EVA adhesive. 9. The site induction sensors can be adjusted to have an opening height between 50 and 200mm. 10.
