3. Advanced Panel Structure: Maintains panel surface flatness consistently at 130 ℃ -150 ℃ for 16-24 hours daily, with panel surface flatness ≤ 300um per square meter.
4. Strong Vacuum Capability: Equipped with an in-built vacuum pump and upper and lower limit vacuum chamber reaching 150Pa. Achieves vacuum in under 90 seconds in automatic mode. Vacuum system includes air-purifying devices for steady operation.
